The rules for submitting, reviewing and publishing scientific papers

 

 Terms of publication in the journal

The journal publishes the results of original research, relevant scientific fields magazine. All incoming materials necessarily reviewed. Availability of materials for publication of the recommendations and reviews welcome. The final decision on publication of material or refusal to accept the chief editor based on the recommendations and conclusions of the editorial board of reviewers.
The publication received and accepted for publication materials free of charge.

Right direction and publication of scientific papers
1. The author or co-author on behalf of the authors of the article to the editor sends prepared in accordance with the requirements for registration of manuscripts by e-mail.
2. Article, Received, recorded publishing group, as the authors report not later than 10 days after sending the article. Submitted materials are considered to be the result of intellectual work of the authors and are qualified by the editorial board and the magazine publishing group as the information not be disclosed, notifying the involved reviewers.
The authors, in turn, ensure that the material sent is new and has not been published previously in other publications.
3. Publishing Group provides a preliminary assessment of the conformity of the content of the journal articles and scientific areas of quality of submitted materials.
In 10 days from the date of registration of the article is sent to at least two reviewers to assess the meaningfulness of scientific content.
4. Review conducted confidentially. Reviewer within 10 days of making the conclusion about the possibility of publication of this article. Author peer-reviewed articles sent a copy of the review or motivated refusal.
5. In the case of a review of the recommendations for revision, the article is sent to the author.
6. The final decision on whether the publication is taken after reviewing the chief editor.
7. The authors of published articles that are not subscribers to the magazine, and who wish to receive a hard copy of the magazine, can pay the cost of delivery and 1 copy print issue of the journal. The electronic version of the magazine will be sent to the author at his e-mail address free of charge.
8. In the case of a positive decision the chief editor of the publication, publishing group determines the order of publications, depending on the ordering of articles and topics of issues of the magazine and the author tells about this on the specified e-mail.
9. The authors sign a licensing agreement with the editorial board for the transfer of non-exclusive rights to publish research papers submitted.

 

 

Rules of reviewing

 

1. Examination of materials submitted for publication, aims to ensure the high scientific level of publications, their compliance with the requirements of the legislation on copyright and related rights, publishing standards for the content and design of the articles established by the editorial Board.

2. Expertise includes: verifying the submission of manuscripts to the requirements set by the editorial Board; the content control texts; scientific review articles.

3. To verify compliance with the formatting requirements set by the editorial Board by the Secretariat of the Department of the editorial office within 5 working days of receipt of the article. In the case of non-compliance (partial compliance) presented material about the requirements in writing communicated to the authors and provides recommendations for eliminating design flaws.

4. Content-control of texts submitted to publishing articles is carried out by the Secretariat of the editorial office of the journal by checking the content of the article for uniqueness and identification of incorrect borrowing (in the form of paste or synonym).

4.1. Content-control lyrics performed using Internet servers antiplagiat.ru, copyscape.com, advego.ru.

4.2. In case of detection in the text submitted for publication of the article is incorrect borrowings in the form of paste or synonym motivated rejection in publishing the paper.

4.3. Content-control is carried out within 3 working days after confirmation of its compliance with the requirements for manuscripts (p. 3).

5. Scientific review submitted to publishing articles is carried out to verify their scientific level and the lack of incorrect borrowing in the form of rewriting.

5.1. Reviewing is carried out anonymously, which are made by the Secretariat copies of articles without giving information about the author/authors.

5.2. The decision on the appointment of reviewers is made by the chief editor.

5.3. Reviewers are appointed from among the leading professionals (usually doctors or PhDs) working in SRSPU (NPI) or other organizations specializing in research and development, the relevant peer-reviewed articles.

5.4. For review article is assigned at least two reviewers.

5.5. The deadline for the submission of the review – not more than 2 weeks of receipt of the article by the reviewer.

5.6. Reviewing is carried out on a reimbursable basis. The amount of payment for the review is established by the decision of the editorial Board and approved by the rector for research and innovation.

5.7. The review reflects the relevance of the topic of the article, its novelty, the originality, the authenticity of the results, the significance of the findings for practice and research, the conclusion about expediency/inexpediency of publication, recommendations for revision of the article.

5.8. In case of submission reviewers conflicting conclusions and recommendations, the issue of publication of the article is on the editorial Board meeting.

5.9. Author/authors reported the results of the review were sent copies of reviews and recommendations for revision of the article.

5.10. In case of negative results of the review to the author/authors will be motivated not to publish the article.

5.11. Reviews of the papers in the archives of the editorial Department of the journal for at least five years.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLES,

SUBMITTED TO THE JOURNAL

 

Authors submitting their articles to the journal «Bulletin of SRSTU (NPI). Socio-economic science“, you must adhere to the following format guidelines.

 

1. Before the article is placed (in this order):

code UDC;

the title of the published material (Rus. and eng. language);

Authors (Rus. and eng. language);

full name of organization, place of work of each author in the nominative case, country, city (Rus. and eng. language);

abstract (in Rus. and eng. language);

keywords or phrases (Rus. and eng. language) are separated from each other by semicolons.

 

2. The text of the article.

 

The article should be typed in accordance with the rules of typesetting. The article should be structured in formats. doc (Office 1997-2003),. odt (openOffice.org2),. rtf (World Pad), 1.5 spacing, Times New Roman font, size 14. All margins 2.5 cm, without automatic hyphenation.

The article should be at least 6 pages of typescript, including formulas, tables, figures, references.

The room and the table name is indicated above the table; the number and title of the drawing is indicated below the figure.

When using quotation marks in the text is used, the so-called typographic quotation marks (““). Dash is denoted by “—“ (em dash), a hyphen “–» (minus). All abbreviations should be used for the first time fully transcribed, except for common abbreviations.

If the article contains the pictures (photos, drawings, diagrams, and formulas that are created programmatically, not included in the packages and MS Office openOffice.org files-the source code for these images should be provided along with the article.

Also, in the article is a photograph of the author (authors) of the article, in a separate graphic file (preferably a photo on a bright homogeneous background).

 

3. After the article is placed:

the attached list of references (literature);

information about the authors of the published material: names of authors in full; if all the authors are working in the same organization, you can not specify the place of work of each author separately; the organization unit, position, rank, degree; correspondence postal address and phone number for contacts with the authors of the article (one for all authors); e-mail address for each author.

Literature references (bibliographic references) are given in alphabetical order at the end of the article. Making links in the form postranichnyi footnotes are not allowed. References in the text are in the form of a number of sources in square brackets [ ].

Bibliographic references should be arranged in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.5-2008, references to electronic sources – in accordance with the recommendations of the NLR and RSCI.

Improper design and typesetting of the manuscript will delay its publication.
