Work deals with the development of methods of cost analysis in evaluating the efficiency of the equipment in the organization of management accounting industrial enterprises, basing on the methodology of object-oriented approach. Authors outline the features of the approach to the construction of management accounting models to evaluate the effectiveness of the equipment using graphs and hypergraphs.

Authors present a review of basic features of the «new industrialization» processes in the modern Russia. It’s shown that the requirements for the «new industrialization» processes to begin in Russian industry are the development of the Emerging technologies (NBIC), appearance and development of the nation’s innovation system, innovational clusterization and development of the machine building branch as of the self-developing economy’s centre.

Zaretskiy A. D.   Methodological Development of Corporate Social Responsibility: The Ontological Relationship to the Economic Theory

A universal practice of the interactions between the Government, business and social institutions is rapidly developing in modern Russia. These actors can be consolidated by the emerging culture of the corporate social responsibility. This culture is being developed basing on the ideas of the economic science. In the article authors are trying to define the ontological relationship, that’s emerging between the country’s system of corporate social responsibility and the economic theory. Authors also show the possible ways of this relationship’s appearance, and how the corporate social responsibility impacts the development of the economic theory’s methodology.

The formation’s idea is working out a complex of the risk management activities, which activities can affect the increasing of the enterprise’s competitiveness level.

Perederiy M. V.   Modern Innovation Systems: A Logics of Development and Communication Features

Author gives a review of the basic features of the innovation infrastructures’ essence and structure appearance and development on the different levels. It’s shown that the logics of the infrastructure’s development should be based on the idea of its parts’ communicative features. Author presents a concept of the infrastructures’ development, which gives a possibility to use the efficient formalized methods and situate the limits of the innovation infrastructure during its formation and development.

Author studied the process of separating the organization’s structure to independent businesses that were previously separate parts of the value chain as a fundamental trend for the development of the corporations. Defragmentation will allow you to withdraw from non-core processes to deal only with the main activity that increases the market value of equity.

A pilot training using aviation simulators is based on training in aircraft control in certain conditions. Particular units called imitators are developed for this purpose. The article contains quality estimation technique of models created by imitators during study task performance.

Lean manufacturing technologies are considered as the significant factors of productivity growth, the agents of professional socialization of young people at work and practice-oriented elements of engineering education in the High school. The experience of PK «Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant» Ltd. to create training programs on methods and tools of lean manufacturing is reviewed. The actual methods of visual management are disclosed.

In the article authors present the results of the sociological study of the people’s attitude to a phenomenon of the «professional begging». It’s proved that Russian educational institutions should prepare specialists for working with the people, who are in a situation of an utter poverty. Understanding the specific features of these people’s being can be a step to increasing the level of beggars’ and hobo’s rehabilitation efficiency.

Author analyzed a modern paradigm of social interaction and social management. He also examined a phenomenon of this paradigm’s depending on social and economic or cultural and living context. It’s proved that the system of Russian social management’s social responsibility is developing a responsibility distribution mechanism. The goal of this mechanism’s work and the management effect is the progressive development of the social being forms, based on the management efficiency criterion.
