Kurochkin D. S., Mikheev D. V.†† Methodical Approach to Selecting of Gas Engine Power Units by Minimum Total Cost of Ownership Criterion for Different Operating Conditions

The authors created a new methodical approach to the reasonable and objective quantitative determination of the integral level of competitiveness of gas engine power units, including technical, operational, economic and service aspects of the power plant operating. The approach allows realizing an objective choice of gas engine power units for different operation conditions and groups of energy consumers on the investment feasibility stage of investment projects for construction and commissioning of the small range heat stations.

Wegner-Kozlova E. O.†† Conceptual, Theoretical and Methodological Aspects of Using the ęTriple HelixĽ Model

The aim of the article is to highlight some conceptual, theoretical and methodological aspects of using the triple helix model for the Russian economic reality. The relevance of the study dues to the needs of social and economic modernization, and in particular of the industrial production until it comes up to a technological level that could be achieved by innovative technological competitiveness of the real economy on world markets, which in turn requires updating of methodological tools. The subjects of research are the peculiarities of the institutional interaction between the three actors of the model. Author uses the methodology of statistical, comparative, and cause-and-effect analysis.

Breslov M. B.†† Housing Needs as a Part of the Set of Guidelines for Housing Construction Branch

Author makes an attempt to analyze the housing needs as a changing index, vary depending on the changes of the housing construction branch as a part of social management system. As a basis is taken a transition from the number of commissioned houses as an index to the Russian people groups’ social satisfaction level, gathered because of improving the housing conditions. Author grounded an idea of housing construction as a way to stimulate the development of the mutual commitments between the construction organizations and the customers, based on the improving of the social and law principles of the contract between them. A role of the local governments in these processes is to be determined by the importance of their regulation and self-regulation and shifting the initiatives from the state to the regional and local levels.

It’s also grounded a reasonability of using the cost allocation method for the network organizations’ financing.

Author presents the analysis of the most well-known works on actual problems of the knowledge management for the industrial enterprises and business groups. The problems, which are not studied enough, and the scientific prerequisites for their future studies are shown. The priority tasks for the research projects are worked out. Author’s concept is based on idea of paying a special attention to the problems, which are to be solved to get leading or stable high positions in the applied management field and in the markets of the knowledge product.

In the article authors present an analysis of the sociologic research data, based on the inquiry of the nowadays student youth about their understanding of the family roles. It’s proved that the sphere of family roles determination shows the tendency towards a conservative scenario as an example of gender relations in Russian society. In other hand, distribution of the familiar severities and chances is slowly changing and the practice of collective doing of the household chores is becoming widely distributed.

Understanding the historical reality of life in Russian village in the beginning of XX century is impossible without the reconstruction of the peasants’ everyday life. As a basis of peasants’ life was grounded a family and marital relationships in the form of hard Patriarchate. The purpose of the article is to consider the attempts of the fight against domestic violence and ways of protection for married women, by the example of the peasantry.

This article describes a phenomenon of cross cultural competence as a new characteristic feature of a human being and of any society. It also defines the concept «competence», and classifies it according to different sociocultural categories. The author of the article speculates about the process of emergence of cross-cultural communication as of a self-sufficient branch of social studies what in its turn actualizes his investigation. Authors also discover the factors of cultivating cross-cultural competence which make it necessary for a present day person to possess such kind of competence as it is guarantee of success in the era of globalization.

Relying on the theoretical propositions by T. Parsons, authors reveal the basic mechanisms and conditions for the formation of a social institution. It is emphasized that engineering and pedagogical education as a social institution has a specific organizational and institutional characteristics, first of all, due to «Technoculture». To justify the thesis a brief genesis of engineering and pedagogical education in Russia is represented.
