Author analyzed the nowadays conditions of the traffic management methodologies for the logistical support of the national security agencies, and presents some ways of its development. The basic ideas of creating the organizational and economic management instruments for the traffic subsystem of the security agencies’ supply are also itemized.

Abramovich A. M. Harmonization of Cyber-Physical Society


This article highlights a new type of cloud service, named Satisfaction of Needs as a Service (SNaaS) that includes innovative educational approach, named Pervasive Guidance. SNaaS harmonizes the human activities under hierarchy of social and private needs, processes current situation, generates and carries out optimal scenario of behavior (or guides its implementation). Pervasive Guidance provides users with comprehensive answers to the questions, with missing competences, and step-by-step instructs users in the implementation of their activities.

Saakov A. S. The Economic Essence of The Insolvency and The Bankruptcy Definitions and the Ways of Increasing the Enterprises' Functioning Stability


Author analyzed the different ways of understanding the insolvency and the bankruptcy as of the definitions. It’s shown that the comprehensive approach should be used during the working out of the stability increasing measures for the production systems’ functioning. The approach should regard the enterprise’s economic system as a system, which can change its stable (positive or negative) status from one to another either gently or avalanche-likely, and making the changes positive is possible with the help of structural stabilization of the production system.

Leonova M. S., Bondarenko O. V. The Position of Religion in the Russian Students' System of Values


The article is devoted to the definition of the place of the religion in the value system of the Russian students. Special attention is paid to the religious identity of the young people. Authors defined the type of religious students, revealed the level, depth, and especially its religious identity. The changes in the value system of the students and the non-confessional features of this system are also analyzed. During the study authors determined the level of religiosity of the young people and compared it with the data on the religiosity of the students in the end of the 20th century.

Authors of the article designated the institutional aspect of studying the science. It is proved that the process of genesis and institutionalization of science was affected with the values of the Christian culture. It is proved that the institutional development of science inevitably led to the fact that its results are negative consequences for man and nature that makes the critical state of the Institution of Science. It is concluded that the way to overcome the crisis of modern science is its creation of a new image based on the new ethos of the scientist.

In the article author presents the idea to discuss the possibility of using the positive experience of the past, that is saved in the social and historical memory, as a way to perform the tasks of modernization. As a part of the plan, author suggests to consider the instauration potential as a mechanism of social transformation, based on the historic breakthrough of the Soviet period.
