In the article author presents an outline of pricing at the stock exchange. It’s based on the assumption that the dominant forces for the aggregate price changing are the imbalance of supply and demand of individual transactions in each concrete time. In this case the absolute volume of transactions does not play a significant role.

A limiting affect of electric power price on Russia’s economy, which is more meaningful, than in highly-developed countries of the world is examined in the article. Some ways of decreasing a price pressure on consumers of the electric power by the developing the technological innovations in the electric power industry and creating a governmental system of managing the branch’s development are also presented.

Barilo L. V.   Creating a Mechanism of Resource Potential Optimization for the Construction Engineering Branch’s Business Structures


Some possible ways of optimizing an enterprise structures’ resource potential for a construction engineering branch are considered in the article. Author represents the enterprise structure’s economic potential as an aggregate of its various resources to sightsee a synergetic effect of complex using the resources in a business partnership from the point of the resource approach. As a part of the sightseeing, the economic and mathematical substantiation of cooperation efficiency in business alliances during the introduction of innovative projects is also presented.

In the Middle Ages the trade made a way from the local, private, episodic relations to the systematic activity. There are two types of trade practices which differ by agents, strategies, social and economical idea. They are sphere of daily market changes and huge trade, usually for the long distances. Infrastructural changes take all levels of the institutionalization construction in trade: law and administrative norms, social and law control system, social and cultural norms and rules influencing in this way to the formation of the trade social institution’s maturity.
