Badalova A. G., Panteleev P. A.   Using the Interval Methods of the Enterprise’s Basic Cost Indexes Analyzing as a Part of Strategic Risk Management System


Some actual questions of the strategic risk management system’s algorithmic and software support at the enterprise of aircraft industry are considered in the article. The studied system is a multicircuit system with a feedback. The studied enterprise’s dedication is an engineering of new aeronautical technics. Some calculation and parametrical analysis techniques for the basic cost characteristics of the enterprise’s activity, which use the interval arithmetic and interval methods of the nonlinear equations solving are also stated.

One of the main parts of the any region’s development is the forecasting, which not only determines the perspective but also reveals reasons and factors of the economic development. Theoretical aspects of scenery forecasting are considered in this article. The scheme of the main management decision stages on the basis of the scenery forecasting is set in the article. Four scripts of the Novgorod region’s development are worked out. It is concluded and stated the perspective scenery, according to which the development of the region in perspective is possible.

Fokina E. V.   Cards of the Positioning as a Tool of Strategic Management in Russia’s Industrial Enterprises


A special importance of strategic management problems for the industrial enterprises is shown in the article. A summarized result of the questioning between the managers of production enterprises (construction materials production, including metal-plastic constructions) is presented. These result shows, that it’s important to use more management instruments in processes of strategic management. The possibilities, which cards of the positioning can give during settling the questions of strategic analysis and the enterprises’ positioning are given as a conclusion.

Melentyev A. O.   Social Differentiation and Motivation Sphere of the Officer Corps’ Professional Competence in Russian Federation Army Forces


In nowadays conditions a social motivation of the officer corps is being modified. Numerous pragmatic values are being introduced into it, and compete with traditional military-professional and military-corporative directives. It’s offered to reveal correlations between growing pragmatic moods and social differentiation of the officer corps in the article. The important thesis of the article is rejoining the stereotype of the military-professional motivation encouragement in the context of social well-being growth. It is noted that social motivation is based on the acceptance of fundamental or terminal value of military service, while orientation on increasing «profitability» of the officer profession intensifies pragmatic motivation.

Rogov I. I.   The «Expansion» Concept and Its Use for the Study of the Empires’ Social Systems


This article analyzes the content of such notion as «expansion», as well as its applicability to the analysis of social and political systems, in particular, the empires’ social systems. Some historical examples, which illustrate the ambiguity of this notion’s content, are also presented and analyzed. It’s concluded that the expansion and the hegemony (as social processes) are related closely.

Frolov F. P.   Organizational Ways and Methods of Socializing the Disabled People in Nowadays Russia


The actual forms and methods of socializing the disabled children in nowadays Russia are analyzed in the article. It’s proved that rehabilitation centers, which are stated as non-commercial and non-governmental organizations, are enjoying the disabled children’s and their parents’ confidence. The most perspective way of development for such centers is introduction the programs «Independent Life Centers for the Disabled Children» and «Centers of Direct Circle Based Rehabilitation», or some features of the programs.
