Goridko N. P., Nizhegorodtsev R. M. The Ghost of Recession in Russia: Outcome of Sanctions or Demonetization of Economy?


Methods of regression modelling permit to draw a conclusion that unfavorable recent economic dynamics in Russia has been principally evoked not by sanctions but monetary policy directed to demonetization of Russian economy. The paper provides analysis and comparison of different views on the impact of anti-Russian sanctions onto GDP dynamics in our country, displays some links between money supply and GDP volume.

Kolbachev E. B. Scientific and Methodological Bases of Designing of Organizational Structures and Production Processes Based on NBIC-convergence


In the article the peculiarities of the NBIC-technologies as objects of design are considered. It is proved that the creation of modern technologies and organization of production systems it is necessary to use as incentives and criteria of biological and social factors and parameters. Only in this case it is possible to create convergent technologies (NBIC) and human-oriented production systems, able to ensure the success of the process of re-industrialization and harmony of the technosphere and man.

In the article the main aspects of the application of project management methods in the budgetary organizations are considered. The prospects of their implementation, tasks to be solved at the same time, were analyzed. It is proved that the project approach allows to provide a «transparent» target financing and optimizing the use of human and material resources in carrying out public tasks.

Vertakova Y. V., Oblaukhova I. V. The Comparative Analysis of Approaches to Assessing the Significance of Risk in the Implementation of Merger and Acquisitions: Advantages, Disadvantages and Ways of Improvement


Currently, the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is actively developing, therefore the issues of studying, analyzing, evaluating and managing risks in M&A are come to the fore. This article is devoted to the study and comparative analysis of two areas of modern research conducted by scientists and experts in the field of assessing the significance of M&A risks: evaluation based on experts’ opinions and quantitative statistical evaluation. The analysis revealed the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Despite the ease of use, the detailed justification for the coefficients used in the calculations, universality, all approaches have one significant disadvantage — the subjectivity of the assessment, based on expert’s opinions and author’s judgments. On the basis of the analysis, possible ways of improving the methods and direction of further research in the field of developing a comprehensive automated methodology that would allow us to more objectively assess the significance of M&A risks are suggested.

The article is devoted to the analysis of Russian modernization models taking into account the civilizational and institutional aspects of society. Modernization is considered as a special form of development, based on the development of technology and economics, not evolutionary, but revolutionary, accompanied by various rather rapid institutional transformations. Thus, modernization is a comprehensive process of transformations, a socio-economic-technological revolution that changes all spheres of society. It is emphasized that modernization is a problem, although it covers, first of all, the sphere of economy, but which cannot be studied and solved without interaction with almost all areas of human life. The necessity of coordination of processes of social and economic transformations with a combination of both formal and informal institutional factors is substantiated.

This article is devoted to the consideration of the essence, features of the creation and development of industrial clusters in Russia. The classification of industrial clusters is described in the article. It also considers the advantages of participation in clusters for organizations. Besides, the main stages of cluster development are determined. An algorithm for creating a cluster in the region with the participation of government agencies is considered.

Borovkov A. V. Efficiency of Management of Information, Knowledge and Intellectual Capital Developing Production System


The issues of evaluation of corporate knowledge and intellectual capital in the development and implementation of projects of technological modernization and development of production systems of enterprises and business groups are considered. The integrated parameter of efficiency of management of information, knowledge and intellectual capital production system subject to changes in the process of modernization proposed. The parameter includes the performance indicators, speed, and resource intensity. Thus as a measure of effectiveness used in the quantitative assessment of the degree of achievement of objectives for which changes are made to the production system — the ratio achieved as a result of the innovation parameter of the production system to its value prior to the implementation of innovations.

Volkov Y. G., Denisova G. S., Lubsky A. V. Evaluation of Teachers the Efficiency of Formation of National-State Identity


The article discusses the problem of shaping nation-state identity from the point of view of its vision teachers are important actors in this process. In the formal consolidation of school functions in the formation of citizenship and patriotism, this activity demands active ideological position and reflection of the teacher. Analysis of the results of a pilot sociological survey, which was conducted in several regions of Southern Russia, shows a sufficient detachment of teachers from the implementation of this task. An important reason for this is the lack of systematically organized work in this direction, weak representation in the educational programs of intercultural integration of the peoples of Russia, no obvious connection issues on the formation of values of patriotism and cultural integration.

In the proposed work on the example of TV channels «Rain» and «Fox News Channel» problems of formation and prospects of development of commercial broadcasting in Russia in comparison with US television are considered. Describes the market of mass media that shape the consciousness in terms of adaptation to new conditions of functioning of the social system. The results of the analysis revealed the need to improve the mechanism of social regulation of the Institute.

Vodenko K. V., Ivanchenko O. S. Transformation of Value Foundations of Scientific-innovative Activity and Specificity of Professional Socialization of Young Scientists in the Technical University


The article deals with modern problems of reproduction of scientific personnel. The transformational role of the scientific ethos in the system of professional socialization of young scientists is revealed. Professional socialization is understood as a process of integration of the young scientist in the scientific community. It is concluded that in modern reality the scientific ethos as a reproductive form of professional socialization stops functioning and is giving place to a market oriented model of behavior.
