Sukharev O. S. Inequality, Information and Economic Growth

At the theoretical level of the analysis, the question of the influence of income distribution in the economy on the rate of economic growth, as well as types of information asymmetry and types of information (general and relevant) on the rate of economic growth is examined. The interaction of transaction and transformation costs with the growth of the information sector is investigated, the influence of the Internet as a technology of wide application, which does not reduce the costs for finding relevant information, but can substantially increase them, especially taking into account the need to maintain the corresponding information infrastructure. This creates a specific feature of the development of modern economic systems. There are also theoretically determined growth regimes, when the growth of information asymmetry reduces the amount of relevant information available to agents, which affects the economic dynamics. A relationship is obtained for the rate of growth, showing that it depends not only on the magnitude of the inequality in the system, but also on the rate of its change, and the level of information asymmetry, assuming that the inequality is not related to asymmetry. In addition, one can consider asymmetry as a form of information inequality, reducing the problem to the influence on the growth of various components of inequality.

Key words: inequality; information asymmetry; Kuznets effect; economic growth; types of asymmetry.

Smirnov A. A., Shichkov A. N. Organization of Sheet Metal Cutting Taking into Account Business Material Resources at an Engineering Enterprise

The relevance of the research subject is justified by the fact that managerial decisions of enterprise managers in organization of sheet metal cutting have an affect on the operational cycle of converting manufacturing capital into monetary capital and obtaining competitive advantages of production. In the course of the work, proposals for the organization of sheet metal cutting taking into account business material resources, which allow to optimizing the structure of technological costs by increasing the sheet metal utilization rate, are formulated. This article contains the results of approbation of the algorithm for evaluating and identifying of sheet metal material resources obtained after cutting. The developed algorithm will increase the sheet metal utilization rate when blanks are manufactured from business material resources and reduce the storage and transportation costs when non-business resources are realized. Also, a methodology for a reasonable evaluating of market value of sheet metal material resources is proposed to provide the organization of management accounting and technological costs transfer to the financial responsibility centers. In further research, it is necessary to disclose the developed proposals for the organization of sheet metal cutting at an engineering enterprise in more detail.

Gushchina E. G., Vitalyeva E. M., Volkov S. K. Manifestation of Asymmetry of Information in Various Markets

The asymmetry of information provokes distortion of the relations between economic entities therefore there can be transactional expenses, opportunism of subjects of the market, missed opportunities. However completely to make symmetric the transaction not perhaps. At the same time there is a need to study consequences of information asymmetry in various markets and to formulate recommendations about reduction of risks for economic entities. A research objective — to formulate models of information asymmetry in various markets. For achievement of the goal the following tasks have been set: to give definition to information asymmetry; to consider ideal models of the transaction (without asymmetry of information); to mark out risks of subjects of a pyk. In the real work with the help of econometric methods external and internal ways of reduction of risks as a result of information asymmetry have been revealed. Results can be used in marketing, at the enterprises when planning transactions. Conclusions have been drawn on specific differences of manifestation of information asymmetry in various markets which have been reflected in the developed models of interactions of subjects.
